The basic controls library contains a large number of templates that can be used to build your own macro pages. It also contains an example macro page which shows how connections to engine and UI parameters have to be set up to work.You can download this VST3 preset here. The preset also uses a very basic saw sample file which can be downloaded here. When loading the preset the missing sample dialog will appear. Point it to the location where you have saved the wav file to finish loading.
